Meet Maggie: A Maltese Rescued from Neglect, Now in Need of a Loving Home

Maggie is a sweet Maltese with a heartbreaking past. After her owner passed away, the son who inherited the home and Maggie showed up once, threw her outside, locked the door, and never came back. Maggie was left to fend for herself, but her resilience and the kindness of a loving neighbor led her to us at Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue.

Despite the neglect she endured, Maggie's spirit remains unbroken. She is currently receiving the love and care she desperately needs. We're taking her to the vet to address her cherry eyes and malnourishment. With the proper care, Maggie will soon be ready for her forever home where she will never be abandoned again.
